About us

We are the international chapter of Fundación Proyecto Maniapure, an NGO with more than 40 years of experience that provides health and education to indigenous and creole communities in southern Venezuela

Locations

Maniapure Foundation USA supports more than 30,000 people summed up in 8 remote communities in the southern region of Venezuela. Only 3 of these communities are accessible by car whereas the other 4 are only accesible by small airplanes or by boat in what is known in Venezuela as 'curiara'

Isolated indigenous communities have the right to access quality health services despite their location or beliefs
